Registration

We have to remind you that we follow IEEE policy for non-presented paper (source: IEEE-Handling of Non-Presented Papers). IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEEXplore DigitalLibrary, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

The fee includes a conference kit and meal (snacks, drink, lunch) during the conference, and the publication fee for the proceeding for speakers. Please note that the recipient will be responsible for paying any transfer fees that may arise.

Registration Fee for Foreign Participant:

*) In order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, the first author must be student. The registration fee is applied for first author, while the presenter can be any - one of the authors listed in accepted paper. Proof of student status (e.g. scanned image or pdf file of student ID card) and proof of payment must be uploaded into the form.

**) Proof of IEEE membership need to be included in mail to qualify for the discount rate.

For participants who qualify for Students and IEEE member discounts, please submit both student ID and IEEE member cards into a single file when uploading to the form.

Cancellation Policy

Author registrations are non-refundable. Non-presenter participants could cancel the registration before October 1st, 2018.

Please fill the registration form through registration page of IC3INA 2018 website (registration form is at below of this page).

Please choose oral for presentation in the registration form.We remind you to check your name spelling in registration form because it will be used for the invitation letter and conference certificate. The name printed on the conference certificate will be based on the registered presenter and it cannot be changed.

All registration should be done online through the web. The status of registration is accessible at the participant list page. Username is the same as your registration number.
