  1. Registration for Paper Presenters

    Author should submit full technical papers in PDF format through: EDAS SYSTEM and also must register through New Registration form below.

Payment Entitlements

  • Participants/delegates are charged based on their institution/affiliation not nationality of first author.
  • Presenters who do not pay and submit the revised paper in allocation time are not allowed to present in the symposium.
  • Cancellations are not allowed, and return of payment is not possible.
  • Unaccepted papers are not allowed to present in the symposium, and therefore are not published in the proceeding.
  • The Registration Fee should be excluded the transfer fee and bank charges. Bank transfer fee/charge should be paid by the participants.
  • Registration fee includes seminar materials, coffee breaks, lunch, attending all technical sessions and publication fee in American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Proceeding.
  • At least one author for each accepted full paper must register.
  • Payment must be submitted before September 30, 2015; On-the-spot payment is not accepted.
  • In order to support scientific communities in Indonesia, members from HFI, OSA, and MRS (MRS-ID or MRS-INA) who participate in ISFAP will receive more 20 educed registration fee.
  • This revised registration fee can not be combined with other promotions from email, mailist or twitter.
