Registration

All participants are requested to register prior to the conference through this page, while the authors should also submit the papers through EDAS system after registration, your name will appear at the PARTICIPANTS page.

We have to remind you that we follow IEEE policy for non-presented paper (source: IEEE-Handling of Non-Presented Papers). IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEEXplore DigitalLibrary, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

The fee includes a conference kit and meal (snacks, drink, lunch) during the conference, and the publication fee for the proceeding for speakers. 20 percents discount rate on registration fees is offered to IEEE members.

*) In order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, the first author must be student. The registration fee is applied for first author, while the presenter can be any - one of the authors listed in accepted paper. Proof of student status (e.g. scanned image or pdf file of student ID card) and proof of payment must be emailed to ic3ina@mail.lipi.go.id. Similarly, proof of IEEE membership need to be included in mail to qualify for 20 percents discount rate.

    To be included in conference program, at least one of authors have to register as a presenter. Please fill the registration form through registration page of IC3INA 2015 website (registration form is at below of this page).

    Please choose oral for presentation in the registration form.

    We remind you to check your name spelling in registration form because it will be used for the invitation letter and conference certificate.
