The 2016 International Conference on Radar, Antenna, Microwave, Electronics and Telecommunications (ICRAMET) will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on October 3rd - 5th, 2016. The conference is an annual event organized by Research Center for Electronics and Telecommunications Indonesian Institute of Sciences (PPET-LIPI) that aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, scholar students and practitioners interested in the advanced technologies of communication and electronics including Remote Sensing and Radar System, Antenna Devices and Techniques, RF and Microwave Theory and Devices, Electronics Materials and Components/ Circuits, Wireless and Wired Communications, Signal and Image Processing Techniques, and related topics. The ICRAMET provides a forum for exchange of information on the state-of-the art research in all the related topics as well as aims to build and strengthen scientific cooperation among the research institutions.The ICRAMET is as a part of Sciences and Technology Festival 2016 initiated by Deputy for Engineering Sciences, LIPI.

Keynote Speakers for 2016 ICRAMET
Prof. Hiroshi Murata
Osaka University, Japan
Prof. Hiroshi Murata eceived the B. Eng., M. Eng., and D. Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan in 1988, 1990, and 1998, respectively. Prof. Murata is now Associate Professor in Division of Advanced Electronics and Optical Science. His works are concerned with integrated optics, nonlinear optics, microwave/millimeter-wave photonics, and polarization-reversal technologies. He is the author or coauthor of more than 180 technical publications in these areas and also holds several patents. Prof. Murata was the Technical Program Committee Chair of MWP/APMP 2014, an Associate Editor of the IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX) in 2009-2012 and the Guest Editor of the Journal Advances in OptoElectronics on the Special Issue: “Progress in Domain-Engineered Photonic Materials,” in 2007-2008. He is also a member of IEEE Photonics and MTT societies, OSA, EuMA, JSAP, and the Laser Society of Japan. Prof. Murata was the recipient of the 35th European Microwave Conference (EuMC) Microwave Prize in 2005.
Prof. Mudrik Alaydrus
Mercu Buana University
Prof. Mudrik Alaydrus received Dipl.-Ing. degree at Universitaet Hannover in 1997 and Dr.-Ing. degree at Universitaet Wuppertal, Germany in 2001, both in electrical engineering. From 1997 to 2002 he worked as a research and teaching assistant at the group of electromagnetic theory at Universitaet Wuppertal. Since 2003 he has worked as lecturer at Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta. His main interests are computational electromagnetics and its applications in wireless communication systems. He is author of three text books on Transmission Lines, Antennas, and Electromagnetic Fields (all in Indonesian) and more than 90 publications in journals and conferences. Prof. Mudrik Alaydrus is a member of Verein der Deutschen Elektroingenieure and Senior Member of IEEE.
Dr. Trio Adiono
Institute Technology of Bandung
Dr. Trio Adiono received Bachelor and Master Degrees from Electrical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Bandung – Indonesia and Doctoral Degree from Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo – Japan. Now, he is an Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Bandung – Indonesia. His research interests are on Wireless Communication DSP, FPGA, and Smart Card. He is an author of more than 100 publications in journals and conferences. Dr. Trio Adiono is a members of IEEE. Detail information can be found in here
Assoc Prof. Dr Jiwa Abdullah
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia
Assoc Prof. Dr Jiwa Abdullah received his Bachelor of Eng degree from Liverpool University, United Kingdom, in electronic engineering. He obtained his Master of Science degree (1990) and PhD from Loughborough University (2007), United Kingdom. His PhD thesis is on QoS for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks. Initial working experience is at Ungku Omar Polytechnic Ipoh and Kuching Politeknik, Sarawak. Currently he is attached to the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Batu Pahat, Johor. His main interests are wireless sensor networks, underwater wireless sensor networks, mobile ad hoc networks, wireless communications, networking, application of computational intelligence to communication systems, integration of WSN and IoT and also in the area of engineering educations. He authored more than 60 publications in journals, conferences and book chapters. Assoc Prof. Dr Jiwa Abdullah is a member of IEEE and Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Guideline for Paper Submission
All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS (https://edas.info/N22258). It must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (A4 size), you can download the template with various format through http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Failing to confirm the standard format will result in rejection.
- All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference papers submission system (https://edas.info/N22258). All regular and invited papers are limited to six (6) pages. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of eight (8) pages total. However, each page in excess of six will incur an additional charge of 100 USD. Our EDAS system will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.
- The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note that short manuscripts are not considered.
- To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper. (for the first submission)
- Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reasons, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the proceeding to the IEEE Xplore.
- At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the 2016 ICRAMET to upload the final manuscript.
All accepted and presented paper will be submitted to be indexed in IEEEXplore digital library. Conference Tracks
